PULTE HOMES 103 Arvind Oaks Cir, Cary, NC

Finally they did it but messed up the top flooring. So far they have made half a dozen attempts scheduling unskilled labor to do that and the job is not done. They give you dates upon dates but they rush with the work every time. Also on another note they used the wrong kind of glue and had to redo. The floor is still glue less overall, uneven and still needs to be worked on.

We felt very supported throughout the process and feel that we received a quality home. Lots of ups and downs buying a house was emotional Rollercoaster but at the end its all worth it and we have a lovely home. We had a great experience with our PM, Brennen. He was always responsive, helpful, kind and did it with a smile on his face each time.

Pulte Homes - We had a great experience with our builder. All touch points with sales, design, construction and financing were exceptional and professional. We had a fairly seamless experience, and so far, aside from some small items, which is to be expected we have not had any issues. One thing that has been a bit bothersome is how loud it is inside when the outside water is on. I am not sure why that is, but it is pretty loud. You will be contacted by email to verify your review.

My home wasn’t complete after a 3 plus month delay. My punch list has over 100 items still needing attention including the roof, plumbing, electrical, grading, tiling, and countless cosmetic issues. I have written to the President of customer service and the CEO and still cannot get the items completed.

I could not thank them enough for how great the experience was for us. I would HIGHLY recommend Pulte in the Charlotte area to anyone looking to build a home. Two weeks later, the contractor showed up with more than 300 sq ft of flooring to redo our kitchen. I asked, why would you show up with this much flooring if there is one spot buckling? This unit had severe water damage before it closed.” We were not told. In fact Pulte and our builder lied directly to our face about this.

For Businesses

One of my final pet peeves with Pulte is that they do not keep a clean construction site. You will see that it is a junkyard throughout the process, and I believe that leads to mistakes and construction being done poorly. Don't let Pulte say "It isn't necessary." It absolutely is necessary! NEVER believe that Pulte's "inspectors" are looking out for your interests. Make sure your own inspector is there to check each major stage of construction.

If you have any warranty issues, expect delays and push back. We are still waiting for our shower to be completed after 11 months since we first reported the problem. They had to completely gut it due to a leak and black mold.

Pulte Homes Reviews

They don't even paint their garages since it is an "unlivable space." Some of the photos I took of what I found after I moved in would make you shake your head. If you are wanting to go with a larger builder, look elsewhere and avoid future headaches. You have to keep on them, and continually verify that it is done, or they will just try to cover up the issue -- literally!

When I discovered the wet concrete under our floor boards in July I asked them to remove all of the flooring- we found soaked concrete. We pulled the molding off, found crumbling drywall. Had terrible experience with builder throughout the build process, warranty process, time keeping process. They pride themselves on best quality but they are far away from that. I had asked the builder to fix the subflooring prior to laying the top flooring. They promised but continuously ignored to do that.

Pulte refused and said the best they could do was a $100 gift card. Pulte, lifted a couple planks turned a fan on, replaced the molding to hide the soaked drywall and proceeded to close with us about 2 weeks later. The floor technician told me they had product in a warehouse for our unit because they were “waiting to hear from us”.

None of them has the decency to understand how it is like to see your own kids frightened of dead rats. Kids cry and sleep hungry day in and day out because they are afraid the food got touched by rats. Please heed my best advice about Pulte -- NEVER close on your new Pulte home until the house is absolutely perfect. Don't let them say, "It will be taken care of in the warranty period", because that could take years of frustration, or never get done.

DQS Audits, Certifications & Assessments

For example, HHA certification in Florida requires all home health aides to complete HIV/AIDS training every 12 months and hold valid certifications in CPR. If you want to provide the highest level of patient care and pursue medical specializations, then becoming an RN is your best path. You can also earn your high school diploma or GED online, even if you’re over 21. Research your state's high school programs or online GED programs to learn more. They help people stay comfortable in their homes, whether on the mend or aging. From adults with disabilities to elderly patients, HHAs are there to support everyone’s health, happiness, and comfort.

STI’s online programs are licensed by the Commission for Independent Education, Florida Department of Education. If you’re interested in becoming a caregiver but don’t want to work in a care facility or nursing home, then a job as a home health aid might be right for you. A home health aide certificate will be awarded to you when your application has been approved; your name will be placed in an online database. If you intend to work for a home health agency then they may offer free HHA training near you since you’ll be working for them. They like to control their in-house training requiring the same skill set from all their employees.

Become Certified by Your State

Many states (and insurance-affiliated agencies) will require it because it tends to mean that you have received additional training. A certification allows HHAs to take on more responsibilities so that they can learn more on the job. For example, you could get more training and become a physical therapist, respiratory therapist or even a registered nurse. Your tasks in the nursing field will include independent observation, guidance, support and care of patients, both inpatient and outpatient treatment.

The federal government mandates that you have at least 16 hours of supervised training before you're allowed to care for residents. However, some states may require 75 hours and passage of a competency evaluation. Your training will typically take place on-the-job under the supervision of a nurse or an aide with seniority. Training should teach you the basics of housekeeping, food preparation for clients on special diets, sanitation, safety, and emergency response. You may also receive training in reading vital signs, infection control, and nutrition. The cost of in-person home health aide classes varies depending on where you get training.

How will a home health aide recognize an eligible client, and how will the services be reimbursed?

Handle more complex nutritional needs, like patients with allergies or dietary restrictions. Some HHAs may want to work for private clients, but they must do this at their discretion. You don’t get the same level of coverage or protection if you work for individual families.

According to the BLS, the industry is expected to grow by 33% by 2030. This is considered much faster growth than other jobs, which average 8% growth overall by 2030. BLS estimates close to 600,000 job openings per year through the end of this decade. Oftentimes, HHAs offer valuable companionship and emotional comfort to clients who are lonely and limited in their activities outside the home. According to the American Caregiver Association, national caregiver certification is expected in the industry.

Home health aides work in private homes to assist patients who are too injured or unwell to care for themselves. An effective home health aide is caring, sympathetic, and dedicated to those in their care. Their specific duties vary based on the needs of their patients, such as bathing, feeding, dressing, cleaning, as well as basic human interaction. These professionals administer any daily medication their patients may need, as well as taking their vitals.

Automated enforcement specialist Jenoptik Traffic Solutions UK has received UK Home Office Type Approval for a new red-lght enforcement system which uses a stand-alone camera to spot violations at signal-controlled junctions. If one detection is made that is outside of the accuracy parameters or if one violation record is produced when no violation existed during any test, then the device will fail its Approval until that error is rectified to the satisfaction of the Home Office and DSTL. However I understand that there is at least one camera partnership that is using the LTI 20.20 TS/M SpeedScope Speed Measuring Device with software version 1042. The system’s advanced technology and ease of installation also make it cost-effective for residential, city, rural and motorway enforcement, with Siemens Mobility’s fully qualified team able to advise on suitable locations and to design all aspects of the system’s deployment. As well as supplying the scheme infrastructure, Siemens Mobility also supported WJ with the installation work, site validations and baselining to establish the distance between each camera.

Only when DSTL scrutiny, laboratory testing and road testing is completed, and the equipment fully meets the specifications in the relevant Home Office Speedmeter Handbook will the equipment be recommended to the Secretary of State to be awarded UK Type Approval. Once recommended an administrative process takes place between the Home Office and the UK manufacturer or distributing agent in which a contract is exchanged and agreed between both parties. When that contract is signed then a Type Approval Certificate is signed by a minister at the Home Office; the equipment can then be used to produce certifiable evidence, evidence of speeding that is admissible in UK courts without the support of a witness. There is no requirement to place the Type Approval Agreement or Certificate of Type Approval before Parliament because the Statutory Instrument defining the "type" of equipment has already been fully ratified by both Houses of Parliament.

Sicore II uses high dynamic-range image sensors at up to 40fps to produce impressive results and quality for both infrared and color-visible imaging. Tests of the cameras have proved that the camera can read number plates at a variety of distances and in bad lighting conditions, due to the auto-gain adjustment and large depth of field. Siemens Mobility has received UK Home Office Type-Approval for its SafeZone II average speed enforcement system, which incorporates the company’s market-leading Sicore II camera. The systems are also able to photograph simultaneous offences by the same vehicle and multiple offending vehicles at the same time, with vehicle and lane identification. The Truvelo back office server receives encrypted images, stores and writes them to a CD, which is reviewed by the Truvelo Violation Manager . This creates the vital ‘air gap’ required by the UK Home Office for automated enforcement systems.

Jenoptik is known for its average speed enforcement systems which calculate speeds based on the time taken to travel between fixed points on a road, as well as the recently approved Vector SR Spot Speed device. The newly-approved Red Light device uses the same Vector2 ANPR camera platform and Jenoptik’s own 3D tracking radar. Both items are light weight and can be mounted on a passively-safe pole or existing street furniture, and because they work independently of the signals and road surface, are simple to install and cost-effective to maintain. The official type approval certification means that evidence from the system is now fully admissible in UK courts for offences under the 1988 Road Traffic Offenders Act. Based on automatic license plate recognition technology, SafeZone II provides effective speed enforcement between pairs of cameras, mounted either at the side of single or dual lane carriageways, or on cantilever poles or gantries over multi-lane roads. 112 Redflex Traffic Systems has received UK Home Office type approval for its suite of fixed red light and speed enforcement systems, comprising REDFLEXred, REDFLEXspeed and REDFLEXred-speed.

Speeding through a green light will be seen as a speed offence; crossing a red light will carry the usual red light violation penalty. Speeding through a red light will be prosecuted as a red light violation, although police have discretion on whether the speeding element should be prosecuted. With advanced image control and dual layer optical character recognition capabilities to provide greater accuracy, Sicore II is perfectly suited to an automated TASCAR enforcement solution. Sudden changes in scene brightness, sun blinding and variation in license plate brightness and contrast are addressed by the camera’s algorithms to ensure HOTA approved, industry-leading image quality and number plate read accuracy. RedflexHadecs3 uses non-intrusive dual radar for the detection of speed offences in all weather conditions, with lane identification, vehicle position and positive vehicle identification. In this application, the system is to be used for receding traffic only in up to five lanes of traffic, consisting of a hard shoulder, which may or may not be a running lane, and four running lanes.

It provides unrivalled results and evidentially secure identification in all conditions, 24 hours a day, at vehicle speeds of up to 300kph . Streaming with Sicore II is possible without interruption to the ALPR process or encryption, allowing users to view live footage even while the camera continues to identify vehicles. With the ability to provide three-lane coverage with just a single camera, industry-leading image quality and number plate read accuracy, the SafeZone II system provides effective and robust speed enforcement in many deployment scenarios. “We’ve worked very hard to give the market a highly accurate, digital automated enforcement solution which is both cost effective and cost efficient,” says Peter Hill, Truvelo’s UK Operations Director.

Truvelo uses an array of three in-ground piezoelectric sensors to trigger the D-CAM. These maximise system accuracy because the position of both the sensors and the lane markings which provide a secondary speed check is known precisely. They also enable axle-based vehicle classification, which allows the camera to select a lower speed threshold where required, as well as lane identification, which is displayed in the data field of images used as evidence. The document contains a description of the technical requirements to be met for the type approval for the breath alcohol screening devices for police use in Great Britain, and is intended to be a reference for manufacturers wishing to develop devices. Dual radar technology eliminates the usual radar anomalies and allows the system to be operated at sites where traditional radar-based camera systems fail, while the two radars operate independently to verify speed measurement. Cameras mounted to the side of the motorway automatically adjust to the new enforced speed limit on the motorway to keep traffic flowing during busy periods. The specific items of concern are the recommendations for use of the camera at the roadside. To ensure accuracy of use of the equipment at the roadside, I believe that use of the camera, in breach of the test procedures recommended, used and approved by the Home Office prior to confirmation of the type approval would invalidate any prosecution for alleged speeding offences. Although the system accurately captures intersection red light, speed or simultaneous red light and speed offences, Home Office approval has been given for single red light and speed offences only.

Unlike Approval systems in most countries no equipment is Approved without a police input into the testing. Rather than simply testing speed accuracy, the systems are all tested in real traffic situations some of which are created specifically to test a perceived weakness in the systems. Track and real road testing is always conducted so that all kinds of vehicles and traffic situations are used to stimulate the systems.
